As sundays a day off I usually like to spend it cooking or biking. This Sunday Ive chosen cooking which looking at the sunny forecast seems a mistake! Heyho full English on the go at the mo and I’m gonna have me some bacon for the first time in while ? the menu may have to be altered... ? ? ? ? Now what else to do with duck thats been slow cooking overnight?!

Good is he says i can operate motor vehicles and lift more than a few pounds. I only had one pack abs going in, and they cut through those to get inside. I have gained weight to 130, thats pretty good. if i can at least ride the Tomos. That would be something to hope for.

Not just Alfa, both Opel and BMW had WAY faster engines in South Africa than anywhere else. I suppose it had something to do with racing regulations? The fact is that a south african BMW 325is was way faster than any other 3 series sold anywhere else in the world, in a straight line, and Opel's GSI as well.
