I don't really fancy tubed tires, but the only real options are either going a bigger and getting a Transalp or a 650 V Strom (with tubeless), or smaller and getting a CR300, or keep the current goldilocks option and stick with not too big nor too small CB500X.

They're going to be over 10 years old minimum. In many cases 20.

And older bikes don't do well here......gaskets, oil seals etc tend to crack in the heat.

Plus, Spaniards don't generally maintain them properly.
