Not a good journey from here, been to Rhyl once, no intention of visiting there again, Llandudno was OK, but it was packed, which meant it was bad for parking, and apart from the pier and the (if you went up it, we didnt) the Great Orme nothing much to do but walk. Conwy Castle looked good from the outside, but nothing spectacular inside. The roads around the area seemed to be traffic heavy most of the time, so driving was not a pleasure.
