  13. This is bike of the month for December not the year. Bike of the year should be chosen from 12 bikes that have won bike of the month

  14. Thereis a picture submission thread every month. You can submit whatever picture you want, as long as you currently own the bike, it’s a picture taken that month or in this case the year, and it’s a horizontal picture.

  15. It is. Use that as a guide but if you go for it I’ll point you towards a couple of roads.

  22. I am, but I wouldn't call that a route. All they wanted was to make it 700km, as far as a motorcycling route those wouldn't be my picks, maybe ok as a general tourism route joining eventual points of interest. What would you like to know?

  28. So, plan A was to play golf today. Mixup on the bookings so had to give that a miss. Plan B was to take the mountain bike out but found the rear tyre was flat and all the slime in the inner tube splashed everywhere. I’d run out of spare inner tubes so plan C was put into action. Plan C was to take the bike out for a spin which I did but ended up getting caught in a sudden downpour and soaked through with no waterproofs in my bag. You could say I was destined to go nowhere and stay indoors today. Beer o’clock it is then.

  29. I don’t often take photos whilst I’m out, this is the only reasonable one I could find, taken beside the river Test.

  30. Knocked up a saw mount on the XR this morning Covered it with a plastic bag with a helmet bag on top for the trip up to Merthyr as it's bloody foggy as hell and a bit damp First tree cleared Rode around this one last time and thought since i'm here just cut it Forgot to take a before on this one it was overhead you had to duck under And the folding saw destroyer now destroyed Then onto this lot My little saw made short work of it all The gulley repairs i done back in the summer held up well to the storms we had. Those two rock in the middle of the stream have been washed there right in the path of the line you need to get up the bank, too bloody heavy for me to move shows the power a stream has in flood I wanted to check out a lane that runs from the end of this one over to Aberdare as i'd had reports of it being washed out, when i got to the top of the hill i was amazed how good the weather was the whole of the valleys were submerged in a thick fog all day but it was blue sky's and warm on the hills Photo taken about 15:30 as the sun was starting to go down Last one before heading down into it to go home
