You got the weather there Ray!

How's the house move coming along?

Yes mate but it’s been wet on and off for the last five days and we’ve got more to come. Settled into the rental okay.

What’s the latest on moving for you?

Nothing with all the shit that's going on Ray.

First step is getting my boy and his family out of Poland......they're only 100 miles from the Ukrainian border!

Ooooh I can understand why you’d focus on that mate. Hope they’re okay.

Pretty worrying!

Made even worse by the fact that they never bothered applying for a passport for the youngest one (2 today) so they've got to wait for that to turn up before they can fly out.

Understandable mate but I’m sure they’ll be fine.

Worst comes to worst I'll drive there and get them out.

No border controls in the Schengen area.

One can assume that all of that secretary work stops once and if shit hits the fan, lets hope it doesn't.

When I spoke to her father tonight he said that if things get worse then he'll drive them out of Poland.

So in theory we could meet up somewhere en-route.....like Germany for example!

Doesn´t your son drive? If it's that easy to get out they won't depend on anyone, just get in a car and fuck off

No.....she does.....but she's not a confident driver so her father would evacuate them.
