If you test ride it and its doable DO IT. My Pops has spent so so long debating what bike he wanted next he now cant have any of them cos his knees are screwed. If you’re over 50 and you want something just do it, its not gonna get anymore likely to happen, just a whole lot less.4 points

My mate Titus has had terrible trouble with his GoPro Hero 10. A lot of it is probably down to him. I mean, he's only a former electrical and radio officer who maintained the equipment. He's now in Spain, having done just over 5k miles on his 25 year old Harley since leaving UK.3 points

That looks amazing! Isn’t it even heavier than the bike you currently ponder selling for being too heavy?2 points

First impressions of the Cobra Chrome are good, it is less susceptible to tracking and I have already started scraping the floorboards.2 points

What about the revenue they loose when everyone stops buying petrol and diesel, tax on cars is a drop in the ocean compared to that, it'll cost a fiver to dry my hair so god help someone who actually has hair1 point

They’ve already said they want to do that but not just for electric vehicles Nothing to stop them taxing electric vehicles either, this is just a honeymoon period. The blood sucking vampires will take it one way or another.1 point

Much more of it and they’ll start enforcing the law. Nice fat fines straight into the councils coffers.1 point

Me and my older brother Tim have always pulled things to bits to put back together again. Started with push bikes and went on from there. We used to go down all the back ways to people houses to see what dead electricals, push bikes and motorbikes were there and very often they'd let us have them. Used to visit the tip on a regular basis too. TVs we'd palm off around the family but the best bike parts would be swopped onto our own bikes. Motorbikes we'd get going a rag around the local corn fields. Had my first car at 13 from a relative, "if you can get it off the drive it's yours". Had to sell off some bikes etc to keep petrol in it. None of this would of happen without dads tool kit and him allowing us to just get on with it.1 point
