I heard on the news yesterday they are going to increase the amount of covid samplers we have been installing in sewage works, the government don't splash out on stuff like this for no reason this is for England but they have done the same in Wales

We're now down to 58 cases (from 280+) in the town!

Is Omicron burnt out now?

It seems to be dropping here too.

Mandy's daughter and boyfriend have both got it now. The boyfriend seems to have recovered OK, but Mandy's daughter is still feeling pretty rough, maybe due to her asthma.

Apparently, as of tonight you don't need masks in Portugal anymore, or vaccination certificates to enter restaurants or bars, and businesses will no longer be limited in people capacity, so it's going to be business as usual for the most part. Pretty chuffed with not wearing a mask anymore!

One thing i wish would happen is for all staff in places serving and preparing food to keep on wearing masks, nothing to do with covid but to stop the grubby bastards breathing or dripping on your food
