Pea wild rice with spices, it was pretty great in a simple way

Getting to the end of the spice mix I brought from Morocco, this makes me sad.

Whatever was in the pantry, some chorizo from the Serra da Estrela, some local tomato, onions and garlic, "Poejo" picked in the Alentejo, I call it the portuguese ragu :classic_laugh:

From my recollection, tomato, fried onions, and something else, maybe lettuce

there was a little bit of bacon, but maybe on top

It’s a tasty burger at the middle of a nice road, it’ll be my treat when you come over, you can spring for dinner and wine after...
