Pedro's food

My take on the philly cheese steak, there's a layer of caramelized onions on the bottom, then sliced steak and cheese on top, with a healthy dose of mustard, served in a rustic bread. It was great.

That looks nice.......as long as the crusts are soft!

Can't eat hard things due to being dentally disadvantaged!

Not on Ren's scale obviously, but I'm not playing with a full deck!

from top to bottom, on toast: a mayo aioli (heavy on the garlic), rucola, fresh cheese, and horse mackerel with pickled peppers, and mustard. It was yummy.

Onion and mushroom omelette, you sauté the onions with medium heat, add a little balsamic vinegar because it's awesome, and the mushrooms, once the mushrooms are done with most of their water you set that aside, put the half mixed eggs to start the omelette, dump the filling back on top of them, and close. There are some basil leaves in there for freshness.

Nearly every meal we had at our hotel in Germany came with a fried egg on a separate plate?.........why?....fuck knows......neither did the German guests when I asked what the egg was all about.

It's there for deliciousness, but it's not really a german thing

Canned sardines, african style. Usually made with sardined preserved in hot tomato sauce. Served best on toast with olive oil, and goat's cheese. I love making this.
