OK @boboneleg @Sir Fallsalot @Catteeclan @yen_powell

In the vid you see David Byron and Ken Hensley lip syncing the vocals. Byron did actually sing his part, but Ken Hensley didn't sing his!

The story behind it is that Byron couldn't sing that particular section......it wasn't within his vocal range. Hensley couldn't do it either. So they got Mark Clarke from Colosseum in to do it!

And the irony is that Mark Clarke wasn't even the lead singer of Colosseum!

I could see it wasn’t live but had no idea someone else was involved.

Yeh......Byron couldn't sing it!

In fact Mark Clarke did tour with them for a few months in 72 because him and Ken Hensley were good friends, but he didn't want to join them as a member.

They weren't really on the same level of musical ability as Colosseum!

How the f@@k is this my ear worm today

Do you wake up with a song in your head ?  I used to write down a list at one time.  In one year I woke up to this in my head at least four times .  That was seriously disturbing ...................

Sometimes  when I wake up but mostly when I'm working. Prob when I'm doing something routine giving the mind time to wander. I'll have to try and rain it in a bit if it wants to go too far.

I’ve had the most annoying ear worm for the last few days, can’t quite believe it because I never watched the programme. The theme tune for The Golden Girls!!! Wouldn’t mind quite so much if I knew more than two feckin lines 😆

🎵Thankyou for being a friend, travelled down the road and back again🎵
