Had a R6 delivered for a bit of work today. Leaking fork seal and a rear tyre.
Turned into a fucked Inner tube with a pit the size of a 5 pence piece,

oil all over the brake pads,

weather seals hanging out of the calipers,

also noticed a nice fat spot in the rim.

I took a few photos @Six30, but they are on my phone, can't log onto the forum on the phone, forgot my password 😔

Monday was dry and warm, but the wind was howling.

Tuesday....dry, breezy but warm.

Wednesday.....the same.

Today....very humid, and a couple of very heavy downpours..

Home now.... oh a comfy sofa, and a decent sized bed.

Those discs don't look much better , not surprising I suppose given the state of the calipers.

That's mostly the oil and brake material, look a little better now clean.

In somber new , Alexis 68 year old brother got involved into a motorcycle crash yesterday afternoon, later died in the hospital, don't know the fine details but it was a head on crash with a car...looks like the car might have crossed over into his lane...Alex is and old time Harley mechanic and is  well known in the area...

Alexis pic...he's on the left.

Sorry to hear about your buddy Marcel. I rode my bike to work earlier this week as the shitty constant roadworks around here mean getting in by car takes a half hr longer than by bike. Filtering down between the lines of standing and slow moving traffic the number of people with their heads down staring at a phone was unbelievable.
