After spending 3 days w/ my boy & his boy laughing my ass off ....I took a drive to John Day to pay a visit to an old 2-wheel friend that I helped move OUT of Portland.... He loves it like I do. Spent an evening exploring the bike park they have there in JD  W/O a doubt, I'll be better prepared next time...fell off twice & my knee & elbow aren't likin' it. Then left for home Thursday morning...drove west to Mt. Vernon on Hwy 26...then took Hwy 395 north up to the Ukiah turn off....What a Beautiful stretch of tarmac!!...Made me wish I still had my XT6...

The John Day river is sure flowing well....
