Had to go out and get some more meds for my back so took the long way round to test the scoot is all working as it should Parked up next to some locals but they wandered off as even they didn't want to be seen next to it Continued on via the tight single track roads that weave through the woods, you know the sort where it's so little used that a grass verge has grown down the middle, scoot handled it well On past Pontardawe to Brynamman and up the Blacks where I saw this lot obviously on their way to the supermarket with their shopping boxes Here's the obligatory top of the mountain shots Just getting used to it really, I haven't ridden a twist and go since 1980 and that was inside the indoor shopping centre in Romford, up and down the stairs, pissed as a fart with a girl on the back, I'll try to avoid such shenanigans on this one Back down via Ystradgynlais, visited a friend then off to get the meds Very comfy ride, in fact my back is far better when on the scoot riding than when off it, she hits the speed limits very quickly, plenty for overtakes, very sure footed and natural in the bends, very pleased so far7 points

Building in the spare tire, some recovery gear, camping gear, a fridge, boating gear, camera gear areas....stuff like that.... Doing the "overlanding" thing, for lack of a better word. We had a van, but we needed more of a 4x4 for where we like to adventure....5 points

Scooters are where it’s at. The in thing, made to be ridden not transported by van to some picturesque location within a mile of your front door so you can pretend to be something worth paying even the slightest amount of attention to. And that. given the title of this thread I’m surprised it’s not overpopulated with wishful thinking posts about that very brief moment in time he actually encountered a real live vagina. In the delivery room. you have to wonder though… did the midwife turn round and slap his mother? something to ponder.4 points

It will probably be won by a four year old Vespa sporting 242 miles on the clock and a seized motor.4 points

Excellent. I have to admit, when I was at the dealership last week having my bike serviced ready for Ireland, I was quite taken by this 750cc scooter.. well, I say scooter. It's actually a standard motorcycle wearing different clothes. DCT obviously. It won the 2019 Gibralter rally!! Beating KTM, BMW, Huskie and the rest... https://tinyurl.com/ty6d9djp3 points

In Portugal a brit is bife (or bifa for a woman) I think it originates from beefeater, roast beef, or beef steak, which is what you were mostly order on holiday here. I don't think it's meant as an insult, though.3 points

It works exactly that way, except you take shit pictures and people don’t really want to vote for a GS. Plus Michelle takes some amazing backdrop pictures too…3 points

After several configurations were tested, I concluded more "useable" space was required for the desired result. So.....out come the the rest of the seats. NOW THIS I CAN WORK WITH! I have now done this to 3 vehicles and the previous 2 are both vehicles I had many fun adventures in and look back on with very good memories! So I'm looking forward to the adventures to come in my Toyota with no seats!2 points
