Really wasn't expecting this at all...he mentioned that he was applying for the job about a month ago , has he was going against older guys with more experience thought his chances were slim to say the least, has he's only writing his final exam in 2 weeks..lol , he's not even a red seal technician yet...lol....must have made a real good impression with the teachers and on the interview...has they contacted him a day after the job interview to tell him he got the job...work conditions are excellent...summers off...all the holidays..pension...not to mention the pay increase compared what he was making at the Kia dealership... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Think most likely they wanted someone younger and would be around for wyll....he has a good temperment for it...and they could mold him to their system I guess...older guys are hard headed and don't like being told how to do things...including myself...
