I shall be mainly walking doggies and drinking beer later .  The Giro D'Italia has started so I might watching a bit of that plus Moto GP.

Mandi got her leg over the bike and we managed 130 miles in lovely weather. I confess no pics as we only stopped at Norwich to check out the over priced leggings. She was having a good moan about her knee on the way home and for some reason my helmet was tight across my brow so I've just sawn my hair off.
MotoGP sprint repeated at 7am so I'll catch that one.
