Next carb fitted and alls well with that and the fork leak. Must of had a dodgy seal or something. Got out for a 20 mile run and all was well until it coughed and spluttered to a halt. Not petrol as the rev counter was dropping to nothing and back up. Pulled over to the side of the road and pushed the button and it started again. Pushed and pulled all the connections I could give my hands on but sat there ticking over so rid home. Something to get into later. Couple of pics while out, this is the old town pump in somerleyton and the next is just an old good looking barn with a thumb for perspective, ,both on the same road.3 points

After getting that carb back on I remembered why I took that old carb off. Bloody thing always ran like it was getting air in from somewhere other than it should.2 points

People certainly seem to be getting over the winter as we have a few nice entries this month. We've got it all this month, from dirt bikes on muddy roads and wide open trails to a Harley by the beach, a Bonneville on French hills and road bikes styling in the UK, Saul's very clean Honda gleaming in the sunshine and even the Street Triple got a picture with a nice background. Below I present to you the submissions for March Bike Of The Month: @boboneleg's Yamaha WR250X: @Buckster's Harley Davidson FLHX Street Glide: @PHILinFRANCE's Triumph Bonneville: @Saul's Honda CBF600F: @Sir Fallsalot's Honda XR400R: @Six30's Triumph Street Triple RS: You have one vote, and it's changeable until the 31st March at 20:00, at which time the poll automatically closes.1 point

I could only get a finger or 2 on them but didn't seem to make any difference. I've no doubt it'll show itself again at the most inconvenient time.1 point

Did you wiggle the CDI plugs you probably know they were known for dry joints on the circuit board in the CDI. When I first had the bike i had to change my CDI because of it.1 point

Although @Six30 did his very best this month and presented the dildo with an aesthetically pleasing back drop (not a car park) I have gone with the other Triumph1 point

I got roped into picking up and fitting a new washing machine for the mother in law today. Considering the industry i work in you'd think disconnecting and re-connecting the drain wouldn't be an issue for me but by god it stank when i disturbed it, give me a shit works any day.1 point

It'll be interesting to see just how many BOTM entries show up for April....not too many Blue Dildo replicas around....so it could be a solo act...1 point

Frisky......need a long memory to remember the last time I was feeling frisky. A couple of lagers for me is better than any sleeping tablets....1 point

Tank off for me too, find out why reserve did nothing. Suspect this crap fuel coupled to the bike going nowhere over winter.1 point

That's what happens after a couple of beers, get frisky and bang the misses in odd positions. Hope you're feeling better soon.1 point
