Woke up early (5am) a couple of days ago, went to pick up my ipad and saw an orange dot at the top of the screen which disappeared as soon as I picked the device up. Looked up what it is. Blow me down its part of the latest iOS update, an orange dot lets you know an app is accessing your microphone. A green dot means an app is accessing your camera and microphone. How creepy is that, an app is accessing my phones microphone while Im asleep, or would normally be and stopped accessing it when I picked up the device?!! Im told as soon as you accept location services you accept google accessing your microphone and camera. Any which way I dont like it!

Just had a play on my iPhone 11 with the latest update and as far as I can make out the green only comes on when an app is open. If everything is shut down the only light is a yellow one on the camera app symbol.

Im running whatever number the most recent update is and no annoyingly I cant find out what app it is. My rubbish Friday afternoon phone went back to the apple store today, they wiped all the content n said if connectivity issues persist then its new phone time so if I have to go back I’ll ask them about it

We kept a short notice list for people who could get to the hospital within an hour. If you can do that it’d be worth mentioning because most people are no shows or cancel appointments at the very last minute on the day Makes it very difficult to use the appt for someone else. The short notice patients are like gold dust - no wasting of resources and operation dates etc.

No appointments until January but my prosthetist is going to try and fit me in with a cancellation. Probaly mid December at the earliest.

I managed to drop my bike on that slope on the right of where they stop at 11minutes. I stopped, couldn't get grip turning sound and managed to gently put it down on the grass. A great spot before the camper van brigade discovered that the bloody council had put a car park there. It was bloody heaving when I dropped the bike.

Yup you can still get new 2 strokes here but mostly dirt bikes rather than road bikes, this one is road legal but prefer the four strokes to 2 stroke though. Here's mine out with a mate last Sunday

They're impractical really, even the auto mix bikes like the CRM, you can't always trust the mix and they use nearly twice as much fuel so you can't have a route that doesn't include nearby fuel stops They are great fun and give max power for minimum weight, my GasGas EC300 was a monster on power, I got it up to nearly 80mph over the rocks on Sarn Helen coming back down towards the gate :), it's capable of higher speeds not not with me on it over rocks , my two CRM's were awesome too and I remember my old RD250LC was quite a beast in it's day
