If i was treated as well as my KLR i would feel like a king. Shes not fine shes perfect. One of the top ten A1 KLRs in existence. Now about the dangers of using VR googles and playing the game Farpoint near an Amish built "this thing will hold a cow" end table....4 points

working tomorrow, last day with multiple clients I think, so will probably start decomissioning some of the boats as well as they won't be going out again this year. Sundy, off road riding course. If you don't see me again I fell off and died...3 points

Still cold as fuck here, so won't be doing much riding this weekend. Hoping you guys post lots of pics of rides so I can pretend to be riding.3 points

I'm going to be 62 soon Pedro, I very much doubt if the NHS would spend anymore money on a fancy new leg. I'm not even sure they would replace some of the components on this one now, so I'll hang onto this one for as long as I can. It has some pretty groovy components for a NHS funded leg as it is so I'm grateful for what I've got.3 points

Just watched the interview, I think Charley has hit his head (aka, an anatomical unit that consists of the skull....) once too many. Regardless he seems like a nice guy and I'll watch the show for shits and giggles.... ?3 points

And tomorrow I've got to take the wife to Albox to the Brit shops! And she wants to stop off in the fucking garden centre on the way. Sunday I'll be out though......maybe an abandoned railway station! It'll be something dark for sure! What you guys doing?2 points

Hey Pete! I got an email from your forum, and I figured it was to check on whether I was still interested in the forum. My old login still works, so here I am. Just went through a complete top-end rebuild and General clean-up of the Interceptor. brand new cylinders, pistons, heads refurbished from the valve seats out, new concentric Amals ( I don’t know why I avoided buying those for so long, they’re so much better than the old monoblocks), and I’m pretty psyched about getting back on the road with it. All the parts came from Hitchcock’s. This will be the first time since it was new that it’s had standard bore pistons in it. When I bought it, it had clapped out .020 over pistons in it. I’m waiting on a local shop to finish rebuilding the Suzuki GT 750 “teakettle” front calipers, and it’ll be on the road.2 points

Going to take it easy today, a nice ride around the hood, get some gas for the weekend and start editing my next Grasshopper's Ride video....got some creek and underwater footage to use. ? Then hoping to go adventuring on Saturday and Sunday around the local forest service roads. Maybe I'll try to do a ride report....?2 points

Of course not! The final two perma bans were their fault for not being serious when they said perma ban's were perma's in the first place. By then they had boiled my noodles past El Denté.2 points

Wow..... those are both beauties of a bike. ? I'm a Himalayan owner, not quite the same, but Bagheera is a handsome bike, to me at least. I have fallen in love with Royal Enfield's! Greetings from British Columbia, hope you are doing ok with the fires, if the smoke has made it to my backyard I can only imagine how bad it is closer to the source. Take Care ?1 point

Yeh....I sent out a mailshot because a lot of people signed up during the Lockdown and then drifted off. So I wanted to remind them where we were. The bikes look great......we've got 2 Himalayans here but you're the only one with originals. I'd like to see the GT750 when it's running......I had two of them back in the 70's.1 point

Unfortunately the theme I configured for the previous one is no longer compatible......so it means I've got to design a new one! What's new in this version? No idea....I'll let you know when I find out myself! If things don't seem to be lining up right for you.......then navigate away from the site, empty your browser cache, then come back!1 point

That's true, but then companies wouldn't make an effort to develop them into quality products, and you know governments wouldn't subsidize stuff to be used by motorcyclists.1 point

That's very cool. But, when you get a later model left leg, will you change the tattoo to match it?1 point

I've done a custom.css modification as follows..... .ipsComment_content .ipsType_richText, .ipsApp .cke_contents, [data-pageapp="blog"][data-pagecontroller="entry"] .ipsType_richText{ color: #111; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 500; } .....which relates to the individual post views. If you empty your browser cache you'll see that the text is now bigger, darker, and the font weight has increased. Those of you using the Customiser can test by turning it off and checking if the default view has improved enough for you. If it hasn't then turn it back on again.1 point
