busabeast
5 hours ago, Vamana Gupta said: More expensive than I thought..you'd have to do some serious work to make a tool like that worth the purchase...ive got just a cheap mig at home , its basically a lincoln welder paint blue sold by Canadian tire stores...its ok ..but it splatters like hell...no gaz , just with a flex core wire.. Explains your welding skills.... permanent low flying pigeons every time you attempt to use it... get some damned gas in the mix and you might get some decent results

You pay a deposit for the cylinder and then just pay for the fill thereafter.

Lots of carbs BLR'ed and coils some switch gear and ecu's...main faults..Engines seem ok, like all small motors they need oil cahnges at about 800miles cycles..Only ones i had that would have costalot were some of the scooters...Bin them chassis on some rot. Clive
So today I spent a couple of hours working in the Dacia this afternoon......the Sat Nav & Dash Cam have been removed, and also the original CD/Radio put back in, gave it a bit of a clean out too, I may put it on Marketplace next weekend, hope I get a better response than I did with the scoot. Nute
You have to mount that big control knob thing on the bars? That’s going to look ugly.

You don't want it to get too hot with those wooden handlebars.

YamaHead
That's quite some weather you've had there @Pedro... Incredible. We've had no winter so far...seen snow once in December...just a dusting really...was gone the next day. It was 25f this morning....last year on this day it was -5f. The jet stream is now starting to do a flip/flop here in the US....east side of the country has been blasted w/ snow....clear down to the southern states, which is rare. Now it looks like a warming trend is starting for the east side & here in the west the temps will be starting to drop. Winter will probably last until May this year...

We’ve been getting storm after storm since the end of year. Forrests broken, roads collapsed, mudslides, lots of towns flooded from overflowing rivers, some riverside ones up to houses’ first floors. One night it was quite something, several hours with winds sustainably over 150kmh where we were, over 200 in other places. It should end by the weekend, but there’s another one coming tomorrow.
