In the past I worked in a big mutli-franchise dealer in Bristol and they don't give a flying fuck in a lot of cases. I made the mistake of buying my Honda from that local dealer and bought a service package with it. I caught the wankers out when they didn't change the air-filter (amongst other things) as per service schedule. When I bought my T700 I went to a smaller dealer 40 miles from me which deals with Yamaha and their service has been exemplary.
