Collected the scooter and took it for a spin. Stopped by my mates place en route for a brew…………it’s addictive this twist and go lark 🤣

Already been scouring the usual places for unnecessary bling and I can confirm it’s mostly chavtastic.

Bring it on! 🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵

Now then………not a bad idea. A mate if mine in the UK told me to be careful I didn’t catch my skirt in the back wheel so you may be onto something there @Buckster 🤣

Add some Dr. Pulley variator sliders for better acceleration,  or go the whole hog and install a J Costa variator.

Twist and go 👍 gear changing is so last century! 😂

I like the idea of that 😜

Just had a look on Amazon.es and you can buy a set for about 55 euros but there are so many different one/sizes so how will I know which one to go for?

Just had a look at the Costa variators, seem to be about €300 for my scoot…………braaaap! 🤣

J Costa variator gives good results,  but it works differently to a standard variator and needs a little more frequent maintance.

It’s okay, the scooter came with a big tub of Vaseline.

Not much going on...installed a little 5000 watt heater this morning...works well enough...and the tail end of a hurricane is passing by...

I'm sure that will be fine given that there is no combustible material like wood anywhere near it.

I'm sure you know what you're doing, but wouldn't it better to heat from the bottom than from the top of the room?

the weather is still shyte here, and what's more the place is crawling with police and CRS cos there's a footy match Auxerre Vs Marseille here this evening so the marseille brain dead wankers are expected by busload anytime during the afternoon.  I would corral them all in to a large carpark and then call in an air strike from the nearest Rafale squadron, but apparently that's not allowed... 😠

By all  accounts Marseille have quite a tasty firm so I’ve no doubt it’ll be a busy night for the Old Bill.

Looks like my old trailer but mine was a. 3 bike trailer

I am going to convert it to a single bike trailer.  Gonna clean it up, paint it, get a storage box, ramp box, tie downs, reflectors, lights and should be ready to use.  With what I paid for the trailer should be all ready to use for around £250 which is not to bad.  😉

Not bad at all for 250....around here that would go for 1500....ridiculous how prices have gone up , just a regular little trailer..just the frame basically are selling in the 2500 bucks...

You can buy a complete single bike trailer here for around £700, not sure of the conversion to canabucks, but still much cheaper to buy a decent frame and turn it into what you want here.  😉

Cheers @Clive so which ones are these, lighter or heavier than standard?

These are what Dr. Pulley advise as a direct replacement for the standard rollers, they are a little lighter than the factory fitted rollers, most Dr. Pulley sliders are a little lighter, that helps with acceleration.
