Can I tell you a story about a polar bear that landed here a few years ago...?  Gibberish thread  ?   You think a wolf is something...wolfs are skidish ...imagine a 1500 pound carnivore who has no fear of humans and sees us has food...lol.

I know a guy who breeds pyrenean mountain dogs. They are bloody huge , he says they were bred to guard sheep from wolves and bears. Lovely dogs but you'd need a shovel and a bucket to clear up after them.

Before I moved to eastern OR, I used to meet 3+ times a week w/ a small dog group at a local park about a mile away from home. Occassionaly, this one old boy would show up w/ his Pyrenese who was the most laid-back dog I'd ever met. My tiny little Shi Tzu just loved that big beast....I'd tell the others that she thought she was gonna be that big when she grew up....

40f deg here this morning in Elgin....looking to get another Ride in on the Mullet today. Had a visit yesterday w/ a great friend who also moved here to Elgin from the same neck of the woods I'm from....known him since '78 & now he lives less than a mile away. Have always had 2-Wheels in common...& now Emtn, bikes as well. We also watched the MotoGP race from COTA...cool to see Aprilias on the top 2 steps of the podium...AGAIN.
