I was born & raised in what now is a big city....back then it was pretty nice....only about 300k people....now there's over 2.3 million. Moving to a town w/ less than 2,000 people almost 7 yrs. ago now, was 1 of the smartest things I've ever done. Oregon is beautiful but there's just waaay too many people on the left side of the state. Went up to the hill cafe for lunch, on the way there a road was partially washed out for a few meters, no issue really but impassable for cars. Then stopped for a coffee and a chat with my friends at the Dainese shop, then got groceries for dinner and now home. Must have been over 20° today, perfect but every field is still flooded and they say it’s going to rain again next week.
