Yeh new intake rubbers were one of the 1st things I bought for the Tiger, the original ones were badly cracked and had gone very hard. My problems stemmed from the bike being stood for years, the middle carb was corroded very badly (but Bruce gave me a spare set) so the middle carb was replaced. I may have got it running sooner and better if I had a ultrasonic cleaner, carb cleaner and toothbrush were not the best for cleaning out the internal passage ways. Even with the Carbtune Pro that Bruce gave me, balancing the carbs was a fiddle, it took me more than several attempts to get it right. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
