  1. I meant You’re the wanker, not the vehicle. They like Mitsubishis in Spain too, it’s just that Pajero there means another thing.
  2. I don’t get the sack, they might decide to stop working with me and another couple of agents, I see them as my clients so they will burn bridges in Portugal by doing so. I’ll make them regret their decision before they enforce it, and if not I’ll see the good side of it and stop having to put up with twats (except on here !) The timing, they wouldn’t dare dump me when they need me the most, which is on entry of a demand and consumption crisis. Now I’m their best friend.
  3. One of them was highly pregnant and about to burst so didn’t succeed in getting her drunk, the other isn’t pregnant …. They both boasted how great the new boss is. I concluded they drank too much of the coolaid after meeting the guy, my Galician colleague agrees with me. My days are numbered so it is what it is, they are counting on me to get them out of a current crisis though, which I will as it pays my bills, and will delay the end as much as I can, maybe a couple of years is my current guess.
  4. Bryan Cranston on something about being a judge Your Honor
  5. Please ban bot posts about this bike!
  6. They do similar to that where he lives

    Kraken

Spiced rum, my thoughts when I looked at the title
  8. You were talking about going away somewhere to possibly buy a Honda NX650 a few days ago, I don’t know where teletuby land is related to you, so figured out it would have been a cool spooky guess if I had got it right.
  9. You went to buy a Dominator?
  10. Not for me, I prefer nutty crunchy to caramel chewy
  11. No, I remember Lion as they arrived later to Portugal and I didn't like them at all with all the extra caramel.
  12. I've been trying to remember the name for days now, as a kid my favourite chocolate bar used to be Toffee Crisp! For some reason I thought they had a tiger in the wrapper but seems they don't.
  13. I like Bounty, in chocolate bar and icecream version too. Haven’t bought one in years though. To be honest I’d rather have pistachios or cashews than sweets if feeling like a snack like that.
  14. Did you walk 10 miles to school with barefeet in snow?
  15. Cured means treating with whatever. But regarding prosciutto or jamo or presunto I don't get it, there's not drenching of anything, it's salt and dryness and time to cure ham. The UK seems like a bad place to eat pork.
  16. Ham is the back leg of the pig. Smoking is a method of curing. You do not need to boil or slicing legs of pig in order to cure them if salting and smoking, hence this:
  17. It's almost surreal to see such clean and shiny bikes on a dusty environment like that. The care it must take to wheel them around and to prevent just normal dust to get them dirty must be insane.
  18. Good man. Maybe you can explain to these twats that it's not bacon but cured ham.
  19. This is you two this is:
  20. Drove to Lugo in Galicia today, now in my room just finished doing some homework to prepare for a meeting a little after 19:00, then after the meeting dinner with two girls who will try to not get drunk and spill the beans on their boss. My plan is to direct them towards the other side of that spectrum and get the scoop on how far I can push the proper meeting tomorrow My favourite restaurant in Lugo is closed for holidays, which is a big shame as their rice is insanely good and worthy of visiting by itself. However, after narrowly avoiding a front collision against an oncoming car that missed a corner and almost hit the barrier on my side of the road, I am feeling like any meal tonight is going to be a good result. I am short of compliments on most of things Spain related, but they know what goes well with an arrival beer. Simple and good goes a long way.
