You take yours to the dealer on a trailer when it sneezes and it's 3 hours away, and you call yourself a good mechanic. So how is the Indian being simple helps you? You're the one going on about your own bike seeping fluids and going in for warranty work, plus needing remaps, etc, not to mention the weak cast frame. I call bullshit.

Your bike´s segment? Expensive overweight touring cruiser? They made this: It's 6 cylinders, 1650cc, 160hp, and 175Nm torque, 115 (front) and 135mm (rear) suspension travel, 336kg wet. Your piece of shit is 1780cc, 122hp, 173Nm torque, 130(front) and 118mm (rear) (WTF??) suspension travel, and 361Kg dry. So heavier, way slower, less smooth and comfortable, and shittier handling. Quarter mile, since it matters to you: 10,9 for the BMW vs 12,7 for your barge. The BMW will be nicer to ride, smoother and faster, sounds nicer, and runs rings around your boat anchor. It's vastly superior on everything!
