Here was me wondering what I had done by mistake, when all along the mistake was someone allowing Marcel near the internet.

Look at her, hasn’t been started or moved in weeks but ready to go on friday! It’ll be a full day of small roads on a heat wave, to have dinner by the border before going to Bilbao.
-
Try rotating them a little forward or up, I am aware they’re pretty flat but it’ll still make them a little taller and make the bike feel more offroad and lively. Might not suit a 160hp bike, but the advice is worth what you paid for it

Not too bad when you get wet if the destination is home and doesn’t take long to get there. I’m glad you’re out on the bike!

I loved my R1150GS, that Guzzi probably feels like a smaller version one of that, which can only be a good thing. I’m curious to try one out, as a non offroad pretentious machine, just a nice bike. The other day I was looking at a Mandello up close and it is a good looking bike as well, maybe Guzzi is worth a consideration.

When will you take the s1000r for a proper ride, @Nute? It’s a nice engine, but some say it’s a bit vibey.

Between who??

I rode one a while ago, I loved it, felt very aggressive and intense regardless of not being too powerful. Overall, too intense, too thirsty, expensive for what it was on paper, but it did feel special.
-
That does look pretty insane.

That’s better, more forest and less of the no lean barge
-
That’s not a ticket? whenever I get one of those it involves paying money and loosing points.

I have no submission for this month. I just didn’t feel like riding to places with all the heat.
-
A horizontal picture would be better, to fit the website. If you crop that one you end up with very little of that lovely forest.
-
A keg is better than a six pack, anyway!
-
Color matches the topbox. How long is the whole thing?
-
I’m thinking you bought a new trailer now!
-
It’s better, but would be better if you moved it to the back of the bike. The more backwards it is, the more you’ll like it. I have never heard someone saying having no front wheel feel at all is a good thing! More so if it feels like barley, drink proper coffee!

Not in the slightest, Spain, France, all the countries with the Alps, Norway, Russia and maybe the Balcans all have way higher mountains than Portugal. I did enjoy very much riding through Wales, though. It was a Saturday or Sunday too, so bikes were out in force!
-
I rode through Wales already. I liked the roads, but wouldn’t call them “mountain” by any stretch of the imagination. I am going to be missing Scotland, yes, but the point of this trip is West Ireland.

By bike on a ferry, but I’m sailing from Bilbau to Rosslare. Will be staying around southern Ireland mostly.
