Can you not just add it to the transit insurance? It spends all its time in there anyway.

I’m pretty sure there will be a modification to the floats. Actually just looked it up and there are restricting plates that go between the carbs and the motor.

The carbs will have been gummed up, the fresh fuel just cleaned it a bit, I had an 850 Commando and if you let it stand the carbs always gummed up.
