Tyre changing for me in a moment. Got mate on his way down from Redditch heading for Exeter but stopping here to change a front tyre (I've got one in stock). Tyres are becoming a pain to get hold of, along with oil etc. I noticed that brake pads have shot up in price by about 50% as well

and the injectors, and the chocolate rockers and the dodgy fuel pump and the fuel filler that lets shit and muck drop into the tank when you re-fuel. Great bike but the list of faults goes on...................

The only thing I see in my future is a new (or newer ) DR650, I certainly won't be going for anything bigger. If Honda hadn't put that shit engine in the CRF450L then that might have been the holy grail

I had been into Fowler's in Bristol get some parts, I came back out to my KTM 950 and there were loads of people in the car park. I rode off and dropped it straightaway as I forgot to take the lock off the front wheel . There was much sniggering and plenty of this ................

My first KTM 950 had sandcast cases. You needed to check the water pump after about 20,000 miles as the fine grains of sand would kill the bearing on the impeller shaft .
