Warning, 30 seconds after reading this, the thread will self destruct

Can you imagine the fight and scramble to get in there for those 'in the know' if it had all kicked off -
I wouldn't say the were 'gone' . Having looked at them the bearings look ok and the bottom race is fine but the top race does have a mark on it. I will look at it closer (my eyes are shite) and then decide what to do . I could just re-grease them and polish the mark out on the top race and re-fit them. These bearings take a lot of punishment on a dirt bike and you've seen the sort of shit we ride in. On a road bike you'd expect them to do 30 -40,000 miles before replacement.

But the Samsung tabs have been failing, the unit on Greg Villalobos PR7 lasted two months before it shit itself

For some reason that reminds me of this, one of my favourites back in the day............

Ride by wire throttle, rider modes, fecking TV screen stuck in front of you and it weighs 15 pounds more than it's KTM sister. Oh ! and it's not a LC8 engine , the LC8 twin was a V-twin configuration . On the plus side it looks better than the KTM 890.

True, but he’s a big dude. I don’t think he’ll pass as a dago midget

Having met @MooN I can assure you that he looks nothing like a midget dago bummer

I have a few tales about arched bridges. When I worked for Lex Wilkinson/Federal Express we had one just like that down the road from the depot except it was 12' 9'' as I remember. So to pass under it you had to use the middle of the road, just at the far end of it (it was a double bridge) was a side-turning, so people used to come out of the side turning and drive straight under the bridge (in a hurry) while you were in the middle of the road. The number of 'incidents' (we'd call it road rage now) it caused was unreal as the arseholes in their cars couldn't work out while you were in the middle of the road and used to sit there demanding that you move over We also had more that one agency driver who clouted the bridge There are traffic lights on the junction now , probably where it's been hit so much.

The maximum height of a vehicle that will pass under this bridge is 14'9'' BUT only between the two arrows.

I saw the Clash in Bristol about 1979. It was obvious by the third song that they were so off their faces they didn't know what they were doing. A short while after they brought on a toaster called Mikey Dread who sounded like a speeded up version of Jamaica's mickey mouse. I left after 10 more mintues and went to the pub.

Absolutely fantastic, I never tire of seeing photos of guys riding in that area. Thanks for taking us along @alfalfa

I don't listen to him anymore, nowadays he sounds like the 3rd reserve for the pub singer

Rear wheel locked solid as I braked (due to abandoned pants). I would rather the fence wsn't there as I recon I could have just rode into the field but as I hit it the nearside footrest and gear lever took out most of the fence until it jammed and flicked me over. If you look at the fence and the posts you can see where I hit them and carried on until it brought me to a halt.

Pancreatic cancer is a bitch, it got my father in law after he had spent 5 years beating lukemia . I hope your friend is resting in peace. -
We rode through some trails before we got on this road, somehow some dudes pants got wrapped around my rear wheel , when I braked in the corner they got dragged into the rear brake caliper and locked the back wheel

Brilliant Fred, It's all coming back to me now. Especially the fact that we spent all day drinking in that club

Now I'm no expert but zooming in on a bowling green is only going to get you shots of several soup-spillers
