If i switch provider i loose the fibre optic network and it will cost me more, virgin have me by the balls they have the best package in my area and i'd be stupid to change. My TV, phone and broadband for £49 a month. I haven't had a BT land line in over 20 years which i would have to have to change providers plus a satellite dish fitted with all the extras that come with it.

Planning is still very nassient at the moment. I plan to stay in Brizzle on the way up with a mate, probably stay two or 3 nights Air B&B or similar in Wales, but apart from that I haven't given it a lot of thought, haven't ridden a long way in a long time so sort of breaking myself in slowly. Prolly 200 mile days or so.

Depends what your after i find coastal stuff too busy. I always recommend the Elan valley to Tregaron and then back via Llyn Brianne Llandovery Owls nest Cafe there but it all depends where you are staying and how long a ride you want

Had a irate son contact me last night. Seems like someone has knicked his identity and bank account details and is trying to arrange insurance for their car. The first that my son knew about it was a letter from VW Insurance that arrived yesterday. My son contacted his bank and the national fraud line. The reply he got from the fraud line was that identity theft isn't a police reportable crime unless a company or individual has been defrauded of some money! Basically, the police and government don't want to know about that sort of crime, as it's probably something like hard work to find the perpetrators and it doesn't look good on their crime stats!
