Worked 12 hours today......head is splitting!

Stuck my go pro to my skid plate just because i had nothing better to do today.

I've found a very remote abandoned village in the Sierra de Segura mountain range in the Jaen province! Unfortunately I may not be going this weekend for two reasons: 1. I've got a shitload of work on. 2. The temperatures are predicted to be insane........and this location is going to take a few hours to reach. I don't want another bout of heatstroke after last weekend's episode. So I may well be sidelined this weekend........but if I'm not that's where I'll go. What you got planned?

Currently dealing with my daughters first time being pissed she's just come back from her friends 18th birthday party it was hers a few weeks ago. All i can say is it's funny and scary at the same time leaving her to it now but tomorrow i will be trying to educate her

Left home around 10:30 or 11:00, went for a nice ride next to the Douro river, then up some hills, stopped for a little lunch of grilled chicken and salad, and just made it back home. I think around 200km. Enjoyed the small roads a lot, and am liking the new suspension. Didn't bother to stop for pictures

I shall be taking Costa for his walk in the morning, and then taking the bike out for a ride up to the hills, back home by mid afternoon.

I do a lot on my own but i do go out with friends as well, sometimes you need someone to take the piss out of Tomorrow i am meeting some people i have never met before to go trail riding with

Well I was hoping for things like unexploded bombs or skeletons!

Can't get my head round the concept of people needing others to ride with? I see it on FB groups and forums all the time.
