Next time one of you thinks you're tough for riding with wet feet and cold in the rain, this is proper tough:

To be honest, it's normal to have this much heat in this region in July / August. It's going to cool a little in the upcoming days, but tomorrow morning first thing I'm escaping to the Coast and hang with Sofia for a few days.

I remember ploughing along there at a good pace on my Pegaso Trail, had a couple of hairy moments

Every time you got on a bike there were hairy moments Terry!

I'll never forgot the close call you had with those peacocks when you were on the Caponord. :classic_laugh:

Can you believe that's nearly 20 years ago now! :classic_ohmy:

Go to love a road with moss growing down the middle ................

I love the moss in the middle, but it's frightening not to see around bends. That looks like riding on a narrow tunnel.

It was a serious question though, I can't imagine she'd be happy going down there on the Speed Triple

No Way Do Not Want GIF by Schitt's Creek

She absolutely wouldn’t be, and I wouldn’t put that bike through that. We left the Triumph parked on the town and I gave her a lift onthe GS. Good thingI did, too, we went to see a lookoutpoint that was supposed to have 1 or 2km of smooth dirt road to get there but I took what looked to be a more interesting path on google maps and ended up climbing a good 15km on quite steep and sometimes loose trails. It was quite nice with great scenery though.
