Saul
I know it's never a surprise as they do it every year but it doesn't hurt to call the robbing barstewards out. Bennetts fully comp renewal for my 73 plate Hornet CB750 £454.00 Hastings Direct for the same cover £165.00. I called Bennetts to cancel the renewal and they gave me a new quote of £365. Just seems a strange way to go about their business.

Think that "pigs at the trough" pic in the funny thread applies to insurance companies too.

Things are way cheaper here....is it because of rampant bike theft ?

I don't really know, not much of a problem where I live but is a problem in more densely populated areas of the UK. Also Britain is way more densely populated in general than Canada I would guess.
