Me and Luke will shelter from that until tomorrow. I barely managed to keep my sanity with a brief stop by the market.

The weekend is here, seems good weather all around so what are you lot doing? I’m probably not riding, taking care of Luke, so we’ll probably have a walk early in the morning and one late afternoon if it doesn’t get too hot for him. Go on, you all tell @boboneleg and @Bucksterhow you’ll be out on your bikes!

I can’t help but think you’re going to a lot of effort to get a bike you might not enjoy at all, considering your two other bikes.

After a hard night, got up at around 10 and made it out by 11, 600 km later and i’m in Faro. One stop for lunch, one for fuel and one to warn of my eta. 28 to 30° all day.

What have you guys got planned for the weekend? Is it getting nice where you are? I'm near Porto in Portugal. Tomorrow, I hope I wake up not too late, get on the bike and ride to Faro to meet a friend for dinner. It'll be 1 hour something on the motorway then catch the smaller roads to get there, a little less than 600km. Then enjoy Faro on Sunday and come back North to meet Sofia near Lisbon on Monday. They're saying it's going to get warm, I hope it doesn't get too warm.

Just saw an old dude drop dead in front of me. Was walking back to my car which was parked on the underground of a shopping mall, an old gentleman sat down on a sofa and a second later dropped his cane and fell asleep forever. Quite an intense friday morning.

I do, haven’t ridden it in ages. It’s got a clogged carb as well, which I will have to sort before it moves. Does look nice as a garage decorative piece, though …

It's just lovely here, finally. I've been in the car visiting clients and on the phone, but I've got plans for the weekend.

When I used to take the train to go to school, every year the trains would stop two or three times because someone threw themselves onto the line. It’s a violent way to go too, that leaves a mess, so you must really be in despair instead of just wanting to find a quiet way out.

It's almost the weekend, what are you up for? Tomorrow I'll be joining Sofia's motorcycle club for lunch in Gois, which is about 2 hours away if I take the motorway, I plan on leaving early and maybe take in a mountain road and make it longer. We'll meet at Gois MC clubhouse, have lunch somewhere nearby and then a short ride around the area, and then head back home. It's going to be a long day and I'm not much for group rides so I'm enjoying the idea of being by myself to get there and back. I'd like to not take luggage and be all rugged adventurer style, temperatures today are quite warm but supposed to drop by 10º or more tomorrow so I don't know what to wear
