  1. They're doing quite well as enduro race bikes in Portugal, and there's quite a few around in the north currently. They ride pretty hard terrain there, wether that translates into a good trail bike I don't know. They are also quite reasonably priced, too, compared to KTM or Honda
  2. Trackdays are more and more popular, and this would make a supreme race series bike. the bot is right, don’t call it a yzf-r7, though:
  3. Hopefully gaining a new appreciation for it and not getting numb next time
  4. Just switch to the left, always nice to vary...
  5. That’s very kind, Bob, and indeed I have been thinking of getting one of that vintage as a way of saving mine for ever with manageable mileage. But I really have no use for that unless I do get that older bike.
  6. Dare I say you’re using way more aggressive tires than the yamahas, @Sir Fallsalot? I don’t get it, why kill the plants? Just plant them on a hill and see if it grows wild! Or are they mainly for selling? Here, personal consumption is not a criminal offence, so there’s no bother is having a plant at home or carrying a small amount.

Following buying special flour, pizzas were made: The result wasn’t what we hoped for but can’t go wrong with pizza
  11. Because of mobility, won’t this be quite tall to throw your leg over?
  12. Come on @boboneleg, what do you know that I don’t? Camshafts? Alternator?
  13. Be careful with wires, all I know is that if you break them and the magic smoke comes out they then become useless!
  14. Your engine looks like it’s seen quite some mud in it’s life
  15. Mine was made sometime end of 2015, it arrived either January or February 2016
  16. Went to buy oldschool flour at a classic windmill today, weather was shit, bike’s all muddy now
  17. Looks nice and green, nice views!
  18. Yes, we have both an electrical big station that takes water from the river and feeds the local farms, and also field flooding from those canals. This area is Portugal’s main tomato source, they’re huge! I’ll make a farm ride report next time.
  19. Plenty of stops for pictures, that's an old school ride report!
  20. I was looking forward to the part about the GS's weird front suspension and it's very short wheelbase, but it didn't happen. Where's Lone Amigo?
  21. To be fair, there would be plenty of subhumans turning up if it was a FCPorto vs SLBenfica match, except they'd all be traveling within country ...
  22. Came accross a little pond/puddle of dark water today, I turned back Also, those english roads with the edges next to them and no space for people walking or visibility really look claustrophobic to me.
