Rode about 900/1000 km today, with a long stop in the middle for crossing between continents! The Moroccan part was done in a rain storm on small country roads with no navigation aids. Am now drinking wine!

What did your bike ever did to you to deserve being parked outside when you have a nice covered place for it?

I never had steak tartare, but have a craving to have some. Once in Belgium I was undecided on what to pick for dinner, it was January and really cold so went with hot food. The guy next table had the tartare and I gawked at how it was sliced and prepared right there, what did get to me was the mustard, seems like an obvious choice too, no mustard on yours?

You know how annoying it is when you close your jacket, helmet on, gloves on and then you realise that the bike keys are still in your pocket? It’s worse when they’re still in your pocket, but on the jeans that are inside your closed luggage! Been meaning to complain about myself doing this for a few days now

If those boots are anythinglike my old Dainese ones, the soles are shit and they will improve immensely when you replace them with good rubber ones.

Like when you used to ride with no heated grips before trying them! I ride mostly in jeans so my ballsack and arse do get cold sometimes, so I'd love a heated seat and if BMW had them when I bought my bike I'd have specced them in.

I stayed for three days somewhere where I had to switch off traction control to be able to move 1 meter from the overnight parking location as the rear wheel sunk a little into the sand. I like that a lot
