Chicken roasted on coal, opened on the grill, with a little bit of mozambican hot sauce. Very simple and non pretentious and very much african / portuguese.

It does look proper black. I'll have dinner with my neighbors in a bit. Nothing fancy, probably roasted chicken, similar to what I think Nandos makes in the UK. Might have a glass of wine too, maybe two.
