I presume for maintenance, the M4 (Prince of Wales) bridge was open but that would have made it a longer journey and shitty roads.

No ride report from me today as first of all the Severn Bridge was closed then I diverted up onto the Cotswolds and there was bloody fog everywhere

Those sort of roads are what I actively seek out, I'd be all over that sort of shit. Those climbs up to the Sierra Nevada that I watched this week on the Vuelta Espana were awesome

Thank you, just clutching at straws to be honest. The phantom limb pain was a bitch last night. The co-codamol seems to have done the trick this morning, though I probably won't be able to shit for a week now -

Do you know if Co-codamol are stronger than Nuromol, Nuromol is an 'over the counter ' pain relief , mixture of Ibuprofen & Paracetamol ?
