Agreed Pedro, I was hoping to make them as a whole bike based on something like this ....................

I lost interest once I went back to trail bikes. I tried to find someone to make me a mould of a dirt bike so I could make those but it just petered out.

I didn't buy it, I made it, I used to make them and sell them . A mate got me the mold (he would never say where he got it from ) and I made them with resin , in black or silver. Then I would paint the fins and numbers with enamel model paint. I got the emblems from Riders , I'm sure the parts guy used to wonder why I was coming in and buying five at a time

It actually runs perfectly. I recently had to replace the movement and the hands (couldn't get silver this time) which isn't bad as it's over 19 years old now.

It may even be Chinese

I'm waiting a reply from the Chuckle Brothers

There's hardley (sic) any sound sound as it has a quartz movement.

Coolest Sportbikes of the ’90s: 1993 Yamaha GTS1000
boboneleg replied to Hugh Janus's topic in MOTORCYCLE CHAT
Way ahead of it's time, a lot of bikes were used as 'tech experiments' in the '90's (anti-dive forks anyone ?), not all of it was good. The GTS was too radical for the buying public but those peeps that had them really rated them. The downside was that they were really heavy. -

@Six30 is right , the dials on compressors are not the most accurate. A good metal pen gauge (like above) is much better, I know a guy who calibrates stuff and he says they are the best

Photoshopped, you took that to a garage
