The nightmare started when I decided to remove the SAS system and stock muflers...must have lost and entire summer and part of another one ,trying to make it run right...it's basically how I found myself on OC...

The cost of regular maintenance to keep the factory warranty alive when you purchase a new motorcycle , or is that though isn't part of your decision ? I still remember when I bought that 950 so many years ago , having the nearest dealer 1 thousand km away ...it wasn't...I was in love with that motorcycle....I knew that I would be doing the service... Was reading up on this Ducati street bike...man !!...somone has to be rich to owne one of those...

I'd be really interested to see how those baffles are put together for curious sake...

Indian has just launched a official complaint....they just found a miss routed oil line on smiths bike...

Bob in my years of owning motorcycles....it's a first for me...I've never seen or heard of a mufler baffle helled together with banana rivets....with that heat and vibration and massive engine pulses ...what were they thinking ?

Race two ....here's a Race highlight if anyone missed it... Harley are up to there old habits of cheating...Bradley Smith was running blocker ...soon has Gillim got close to take the lead...Smith deployed the old oil slick on the race track trick....puking oil out of his air filter....it's a shame Harley have to resort to this ....very disappointed this morning.

If any of you are wondering if they fixed Roland's muflers....by welding the baffles.....they opted out only to replace the loose rivets...wich they did...think Harley part service might have told them not to weld them together....more likely....unless they replaced them with new special rivets maybe...have no idea...keep you posted if they start ratling again...

You need to get with the order thing like growing older and supporting extra weight...you need to get yourself a proper barge...

Rich was spotted at the beach...

Dog spaw day this morning at 8 am , Roland is on his way to get his muflers welded...lol...he messaged me lastnight asking if I was interested on going...it's like the fourth time he's running the bike up there...deceided not to go this time...that road is getting old for me now...

I kinda remember someone posting something about keeping this crap in general chatt.....but I just can't remember who it was. ?

Think that we might the only two on here who understands this new segment in motorcycle racing...lol. I'm thinking a couple more years of development and Harley and indian will be surpassing the busa benchmark and moto GP... ...they already do at drag racing...

Things have really improved in this fairly new segment of this motorcycle scene...perforance Baggers... I have to tell you @Buckster after test ridden Roland's new bike...Harley are really stepping things up...and It's all due to this competition rivalry between indian and Harley...don't think the section will be a fade away like the custom choppers did some years ago..think its here to stay...I see alot of new younger rider...30 ish or so...everyone is performance bagger crazy...

Mine would eat your for diner and souper and a late night snack...combined..lol.
