Omg this idiot is getting close to his 8 thousand km oil change...and was afraid this trip would run his bike over the millage...his appointment is on the 28 of Aug...He thinks the bike might explode if he rides it more than the schedule oil change...lol.

Making some progress....hanged a few sheets in the morning before its to un-barable to work...this humidity is un-real... Lol....but I did find out it was and inside job...after checking with the local car parts stores...been having financial problems for the past year...late with his payments...shop not busy at all...its kinda of a common thing around here , when a business is no longer profitable it somehow catches fire...lol...insurance fraud most likely...

No but your gonna enjoy this one ...water seeep hole is starting to leak...just noticed it lastnight when I was doing a look over...im doing the digby rally at the end of month...fuck it im riding it down...hopefully it won't explode...I'll take it in after and leaving it there...they have to change a few bushings for the windscreen mechanism under warranty..but still a pain in ass...just been having bad luck with my recent bikes has of late...the 1290 was the same way...coil...fork seals..and something else...can't remember...oh..coolant leak from a defective water pump casting...

Anyway the bushings were shot...the slop play in the forks are gone...

Well im certainly glad I didn't attempt those seals and bushings with my sledge hammer ...lol. Got quoted 4 hours in labour...it took him 5.5 hours...I guess its normal...its a highly suffiticated suspension unlike what you find on a typical Harley tractor....

Made it to the dealer...left at 530 am...just made it for the 9 am appointment , huge forest fire , part ways between Bathurst and the miramichi...main highway is closed down...detour added 45 min to the drive...
