Tomorrow morning I ride off cross Northern Portugal, heading into Spain heading into Ireland.
Here, I am looking at 40ºC, obviously hot and very dry, will probably be very warm coming back as well. In Ireland, South and South East, I will probably be in very wet conditions and not very warm, I might not be against it if the friends I'm visiting decide to stick to the inside of a pub. I just unpacked my bags to pack everything again later, what works here doesn't work there so I might break my rule abut luggage and bring an extra bag with proper touring boots and pants, plus visor with pinlock, to wear overseas instead of having to do rain over pants and over boots. I hate an extra bag to carry around but it might be worth it. Also maybe space to bring back a souvenir with the extra bag.
