  1. got out for an hour on the bike yesterday, nearly home whn i came across 2 "yoofs" on mobylettes ( 50cc bikes) they were busy dismanteling one of the bikes so I stoppe to see if I could help. They'd somehow managed to stripp the threads of the exhaust header fitting to the cylinder. They had a good selection of tools with them, and didn't seem overy phased by the situation. I went and got an assortment of bolts and washers from the nearby hardware store for them and left them to it. As night was falling I did check they had phones to call someone if they couldn't fix it. lovely day for a spin

  2. Yesterday - clearing up leaves and smoking the place out burning them. Today - village Remembrance Day parade / service. I have a lot of local military and ex military friends. They go straight to the pub from the service and stay there until chucking out time. I will wander up there in a bit for a couple.

  3. Been out washing Devon off the bike. All tucked away now nice and clean. And yes I know washing my bike in the rain is questionable in mental heath terms but the dirt was bothering me

  5. Figure you guys don't see many snowblower like this in where most of you live...since im servicing it , I'll post a few pics. About the blower itself it a pronovost commercial grade , they have 3 levels of blowers...the lyns , the puma , and the commercial one wich this one is..its 72 inches wide , 30 inches high at the main intake and I think the impeler is 26 inches. Its got 356 hrs on it , they are Canadian built , no China parts on these...lol...built in Quebec...it weigh 900 lbs..

  7. Wasn't always this fortunate to own such a thing...I did freeze my arse off for many years, I remember countless nights shoveling snow at my father's house when I was boy , before snowblowers were invented...lol Before this tractor , I just had walk behind blowers...remember the first winter I moved to this place , the snow was so high I could touch the lower cable on the telephone pole...there was so much snow around the house I had to hire a payloader with a front mount blower to clear the snow around the foundation...since it was are first winter to this place...was affraid to get water in the basement when it starts melting...
