Many years ago (when I had the T Max) I attended the BSB at Cadwell Park, getting kitted up to make the journey home I got the usual "Why don't you get a proper bike." from a guy on a Honda Firestorm, I gave the usual " I fancied a change from the norm" reply. Getting out of the circuit was a slow, stop start laborious affair, 15 mins later we had covered 100 yards of stop starts, each time we stopped he kept flexing his clutch hand and wrist, 25 yards and 10 mins later he said "Fancy swapping bikes till we get to the gate?"

Funeral will be held for Dell on Friday 19th September at 3pm, If you would like to attend to pay your respects, please let me know. Dress code will be as dell would wish nothing fancy and whatever you feel comfortable in . A wake/drinks/piss up / get together will be held afterwards at the Wetherspoons Red Lion in Bitterne to celebrate his life

Mrs. Hook & I went for a drive to Sumpter yesterday....we visited a cool small 8-site campground 3 miles west of Sumpter. Campground goes by the name of McCully Fork & 7 of 8 sites are creekside w/ plenty of shade from the heat. Site #8 is in the very back but has the most room & still is only a few steps away from the creek which is a tributary to the Powder river. We've got plans w/ some friends to camp here next month after Labor Day when all the tourists & their kids go home for the start of the school year....BEST time to go Plenty of room for our 10x10 tent & our friends' RV. Couldn't believe the place was empty....Sooo quiet & serene....lookin' 4ward to camping there.
