After the morning dog walk we went for a short ride on the Himalayans to see about a road that just opened up....meaning, NO LOGGING TRUCKS The sun came out for a bit and the roads were in good shape..... it was a nice ride.

Started the day with a lovely drive to some different trees for the morning dog walk. We went down a mountain bike trail called Tin Pan Alley. It had just rained, so it was really nice and lush in the forest.

Thats allot of horsepower.

Unfortunately only one, knowing what I know today, any day before February 2018

There's some sort of horse event going on in the town, and over 25 of them are being stabled in the site where we have ours. Some were in enclosed stables so I couldn't get pics but you'll get the idea! First two are ours.....

in the UK yes.... unfortunately in rural France, not so easy. but I'm looking. the problem is finding someone competent and willing to do it. Most of the competent guys work for a garage who won't touch bikes or for a dealer who won't touch another make. Independat, competent AND not a multi hour ride from me....

Kinda went to the beach, about as close as i like to get with clothes on...lol

Weather is very nice, here, but can't get myself to go for a ride even though I've been looking forward to it all week. It's full of twats on bikes outside, and I know I'll be annoyed by weekend traffic if I go somewhere in the hills. I don't like riding up here in the north, so just had a nice walk with Costa, and will have an early lunch to then watch the 24H Nurburgring, which is a race very close to my heart and promises to have changing and challenging weather this year, it'll be THE motorsport to watch this weekend.
