They were done 7k miles ago so I am sort of hoping that it will go ok. Gonna paint the fork legs after the job is done so expect it will take more than a day. Just gotta charge my impact up for the damper bolts can see many snags apart from them, I have a friendly engineer mate if I get out of my depth. Prolly service the front brakes when it's all apart, got pads as well they may go in if needed. The CBF is due it's yearly service next month so may get a kit and do that at the same time if I hit any road blocks.

Went to an auto jumble today. Almost on the doorstep in Norwich. Lots of stalls, cars and bikes. So many stalls, we took so long to get round, many of the cars n bikes had gone.

Is you are going from HDD to SSD you are in for a pleasant surprise Also was going to say I regularly use my 2009 Macbook Pro at home. Still perfectly usable for most tasks. I like it cause it has loads of connectivity , a DVD drive, plenty enough capability for my music projects and a really nice screen. I have added more RAM, new battery and SSD but that is all its had in 16 years.
