Had a ride on the XR today there were 8 of us out a few of them were novices, we were showing them around some of the local lanes. The one lad ditched his bike jamming the front brake on and ended up in the ditch off the edge of the tarmac, there was a prick there trimming some bushes totally unconcerned about the lad dropping his bike and then said just to let you know if you've been riding illegally all of your numbers are taken, one of the lads put him right straight away what a tosser. A few miles later the same lad ditched his bike again on a rocky hill but this time the screen of his bike jammed him in the nose there was claret leaking everywhere :classic_laugh:

Keep an eye on the KTM rider :classic_laugh:

Forgot to mention there was a bit of shepherding down Merthyr Mawr as some lambs had escaped their field and were running all over the road

Nice one Fred, doesn't look that wet either.  👍

No it wasn't, the ground was wet but not slippery wet, got good grip with a worn out Mitas E09 on the rear, if it was all over the place yesterday i was going to change it but i think it can stay on for the summer now

108 miles is proper distance. Surely a few nice rolling trails to do that?

Rolling tarmac more like Pedro most of the local stuff is short rocky or muddy tracks everything in-between is narrow country lanes. like this kind of stuff

But we also have a lot of this as well which i enjoy riding as much as the dirt tracks and sometimes more
