Swing arm is pretty good but powder coating will mean it will not deteriorate.

Did you have to use much heat to drift the bearings out ?

Get some rust eater/protector inside after the power coat's done, then it might last forever.

I could probably get some Lanoguard in there through the drain holes.

Seriously sticky shit that Lanoguard, the swinging arm on my CBF was covered in it when I got the bike, still some on there now 12 months and 6k later.

My wheel is ready to go, New bearings, spacers, cush drive rubbers. I am letting the swing arm inner dry before refitting

New swing arm bearings and spacers are in, it's nearly as hot outside as where @Six30 will go when he pegs it. Just cooling down then the swing arm goes back in with the new improved swing arm pivot.

Swing arm is in, pain in the arse getting it all lined up, I would have had zero chance without the new lift.

Bike is all back together, I need to realign the front engine mount but it’s pissing down now. That will be a ten minute job tomorrow.
