I grew up in one of these....same year, same color. Then in '66, Dad bought a Chevelle wagon....loads of great memories in both Chevy's.

This year's RiverFest didn't disappoint.... plenty of cool 4-wheel entry's. Most of the bikes were of the HD variety (nothin' new)....& a handful of tractors. A REAL van.... & my 2 favorites from today's show.... Love this '46 Chev w/ a blown small-block.... BadAss truck!

Only 83F here today....made it to 100F on Monday, so a pleasant & tolerable temp change.

Definitely sounds like an Amazon tactic....where they do so much bizness that their volume makes up for the lack of returns...

Utah, WY & NM would be fun....My oldest G-son lives in NM & works for NASA....penciling in a trip in my head to visit him next...especially when he's blessed me w/ a soon to be here Great G-son this Oct. My niece & her hubby just visited VietNam recently....they loved it!

Got home yesterday from a 3400+ mile road trip....gonna be in the 80'sF today & into the 90'sF by Monday....glad we beat the heat...& you can have states like MN & ND!

I've done that type of fix to motorcycle tires before....the things I used to do w/ my Seca 550...

Me, enjoying Memorial Day weekend here consisted of getting my F'd up feet absolutely destroyed from mowing both front & back yard lawns...after driving to Sumpter & back earlier today.....ready for some shut-eye.

Boatload of yardwork for me today as I prep for Sunday's launch to MN....at least the weather is cooperating.

I've done 3 drafting jobs in the last week... put a few penny's in my pocket before we launch for MN on Monday. Meeting up w/ my sis-in-law & her bf this Saturday in Sumpter, for the annual Flea mkt. held there every Memorial day (beginning of summer) & Labor day (end of summer)... the whole town is nothing but a big Garage Sale....some pretty cool items to be had. Sumpter is an old mining town w/ it's own railroad & a leftover Dredge from back in the day... Another cool town where Quads & Side-by-Sides are legal to ride/drive on the roads...they get plenty of snow during the winter months as it sits at over 4k ft. elevation w/ loads of pine trees as far as the eye can see...

And then your alarm clock went off...

Looks similar to the stand I have for the Mullet....except ALOT more stout for obvious reasons.
